Running!
You've mentioned running a time or two, and I may have asked before but have forgotten: Are you training for an upcoming half or a 10k? It sounds like you've been able to run more consistently lately. How did you decide to run instead of doing some inferior form of aerobic exercise, like cycling, rowing or swimming? 
I'm finally starting to run more than I have lately - just had my first week running 4x instead of 1-3x in a week. That only translates to 18 miles, which sucks given that I had been running 40 regularly, but I'd been stressed and/or lazy (to varying degrees, depending on the week) over the past couple months.
I assume you don't listen to your own music when running. What do you listen to? I switch between NPR, your or other acoustic music, old radio dramas, or other random stuff depending on my mood.
