Running!

You've mentioned running a time or two, and I may have asked before but have forgotten: Are you training for an upcoming half or a 10k? It sounds like you've been able to run more consistently lately. How did you decide to run instead of doing some inferior form of aerobic exercise, like cycling, rowing or swimming? ;)

I'm finally starting to run more than I have lately - just had my first week running 4x instead of 1-3x in a week. That only translates to 18 miles, which sucks given that I had been running 40 regularly, but I'd been stressed and/or lazy (to varying degrees, depending on the week) over the past couple months.

I assume you don't listen to your own music when running. What do you listen to? I switch between NPR, your or other acoustic music, old radio dramas, or other random stuff depending on my mood.
