I dunno if it counts, but I've been enjoying a packet of loose-leaf Lupicia tea, the "Carol" blend, which is strawberries, vanilla, and rose. Perfect for sipping while reading!
(Though if you want to talk food and Gaiman, it's all about the food in Ocean at the End of the Lane.)
For some reason, when thinking of Sandman/book themed beverages, I instantly thought of a favorite from my local tea shop called Autumn Plum (a dark oolong with plum and a touch of cinnamon). Why my brain thought of this connection, I don't really know, but there you go. For something you can find at a regular grocery store, I've always thought of Sugar Plum Spice (by Celestial Seasonings) and Fireside Chai (a rooibos Zhena Gypsy tea) as reading-before-bed teas. Hmm. Spices, anyone?
Also, I immediately think of lavender tea cakes, but have never actually tried to make them myself. It may be time to go find a good recipe.
Oh, lavender tea cakes -- The Ali'i Kula Lavender farm has these wonderful scones with lilikoi jelly. Everything has just the right amount of lavender in it and the people there are just so laid back and relaxed that you just want to stay there forever. (Wait, where was I? Sorry, back to the topic on hand)
Online tea party? I'm sure we could figure out a way. That feels very discussiony, so I'm going to spin that off as a new topic
I can't name this one yet - but here's a drink I invented long ago:
Ok, so I'll white text it: Delirium
Ingredients:
Blackberry iced tea (make it very dark, more bitter than you would want to drink on it's own)
Strawberry lemonade (adjust to taste)
Maraschino cherries (stem removed) and the cherry liquid.
Directions:
No Stirring
In a tall glass, fill to about 6/15ths of the glass with the lemonade. Then, slowly pour about another 1/2 a glass of the tea on top of that.
Then carefully add enough of the cherry liquid to just more than cover the tea. (You may find it easier to use a spoon to portion it out.)
As a final touch, drop a single cherry into the glass.
It's intentional that you never get it quite the same twice.
I am extremely efficient when it comes to cooking, because I have no time. Extremely fast drop biscuits to enjoy with tea:
Bisquick Milk Mix proportions until the stirred product is the consistency of play-doh Bake at 450F until done, 8-10 mins Eat with jam.
Allows maximal time for reading.
Fastest biscuits in the west.
I have been drinking Twinings English Breakfast tea while I read, because I know that Gaiman resides in the U.S., but his work still feels so very British to me. A basic English tea satisfies me muchly.
It is dangerous for me to be without tea. Beats Link's sword any day.
I have a cupboard full of loose tea at home and a drawer filled with bagged tea at work. I blame my Scots/Irish roots for my addiction. That said, lately I'm reading everything with a pot of blueberry black tea mixed at a local independent tea shoppe. The owner is an English immigrant and mixes the most amazing tea blends.
Oh, I should also say: I would love to see more folks posting video responses as well! So if you wish to have tea and scones and tell us for 2-3 minutes what's on your mind or why you love Sandman or how it affects you -- that would be great too! And easier to watch in turn / watch later.

Also, I love toasted peanut butter and honey sandwiches on bagels, but those don't really go with tea for me.
Still, Neil Gaiman keeps bees, so it's VERY tangentially related, I guess?
